It’s Monday and you are getting back to work.

Hooray! Holiday season is over! Thank goodness for that.

We tend to forget who we are over the holidays

We pretend we don’t know what we know

We use it as an excuse to overindulge

The results can be disastrous

Thank goodness it’s Monday

The wakeup call to what we know.

The reminder that life is each inhale and exhale.

The invitation to get back to here where it’s real.
